THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SAMBASIVA RAO NAIDU APPEAL SUIT No.895 OF 2003 ORDER:

This appeal is filed against the order dated 07.03.2003 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Medak in O.S.No.22 of 1999.

Since April, 2022 though the appeal is listed a number of occasions, nobody represented the appellant. On 27.06.2022 the Court was informed that respondent Nos.1,2,4,5,7,9,10,11,13,14,15 and 17 are no more. But, still no steps have been taken by the appellant. Therefore it shows that the appellant lost interest in the appeal. As such the appeal is dismissed for default.

In the result, the appeal is dismissed for default. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
