HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU APPEAL SUIT No.41 of 2012 ORDER:

Learned counsel for both the parties are present. They stated that the matter has ended up in compromise and the terms of compromise are reduced into writing, signed by both the parties and filed in the Registry. Both the learned counsel have identified their respective parties, who appeared before the Court and produced the photocopies of their respective Identity Cards.

On being questioned by this Court, both the parties stated that they have fully understood the terms of compromise and have willingly and voluntarily signed the compromise. The terms of compromise filed along with I.A.No.5 of 2018 is placed on record. The appeal is disposed of, partially modifying the impugned judgment and decree in terms of the compromise. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of.
