Heard learned for petitioner, learned standing counsel for Tribal Welfare and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 2.
Aggrieved by the orders passed by the Special Deputy Collector/third respondent in LTR Case No. 40/2017/MGR dated 21.3.2018 petitioner preferred C.M.A.No. 25 of 2018 before the second respondent-Additional Agent to Government, Project Officer, ITDA, Bhadrachalam. In the said CMA, petitioner filed I A No. 52 of 2018 on 24.5.2018 praying to stay ejectment of petitioner from the schedule lands. Alleging inaction in considering the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Photo copy of CMA No. 25 of 2018 as well as I.A.No. 52 of 2018 are enclosed to writ petition paper book. If, I.A No. 52 of 2018 is pending consideration for no fault of petitioner, second respondent is directed to consider the same and after affording due opportunity to rival parties, pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also made clear that there is no expression of opinion made on merits of the matter and parties are at liberty to raise all pleas as available to them in law.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
