THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.966 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.116 of 2015 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, for the offences alleged under Sections 447 and 427 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the above C.C. 4.

The dispute between the parties relates to house plot. It is the right of the petitioner to get the early disposal of the case. In view of the circumstances and considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of C.C.No.116 of 2015 within a period of three (3) months from the date of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
