This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.12 of 2015 in DVC No.10 of 2015, on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothagudem, dated 09.02.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
