This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 17-06-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.18956 of 2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that order has been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
