This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.267 of 2015 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Traffic Mobile Court, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions : The presence of petitioners herein is dispensed with before the trial Court and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in the D.V.C. No.267 of 2015 and to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
