HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2244 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the case against petitioner/A2 for committing offence under Section 3(a) of RP (UP) Act, and as the matter is coming up for trial, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the petitioner/A2 is directed to face the trial and put forth all the defenses that are legally available to him.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
