THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL Nos.9, 14, 50 and 51 of 2022 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) The present writ appeals are arising out of the common order dated 29.11.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.27296, 25285 and 28631 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the appellants are fair enough in informing this Court that one of the writ appeals arising out of the same judgment i.e., W.A.No.5 of 2022 was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 17.03.2022.

In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeals also stand dismissed. The judgment dated 17.03.2022 delivered in W.A.No.5 of 2022 shall be applicable mutatis mutandis in the present cases also.

Let a copy of the judgment delivered in W.A.No.5 of 2022 dated 17.03.2022 be kept on record in the present cases. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
