This anticipatory bail application is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner apprehending arrest in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Vizianagaram Range, Vizianagaram, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Vizianagaram Range, Vizianagaram.

Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
