This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.377 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 509 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent-de facto complainant present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
