This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the Memo No.C/17/2016 dated 17.12.2016 issued by the second respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
