HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3622 OF 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in allotting the land covered by a well in Survey No.251 of Nagavaram Village, Wanaparthy Mandal, Mahaboob Nagar District, to the 5th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SCC 2006 III-549.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
