OFFI CE NOTE 23.04.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.2 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2025 in Criminal Petition No.1530 of 2025 against the petitioner/accused No.5 in Crime No.79 of 2023 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad.

Heard Mr.B.Lokeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondentState. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/A5 approached this Court and filed Criminal Petition No.1530 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.79 of 2023 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad and the same was allowed by this Court on 11.02.2025 and anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with certain conditions. The petitioner has complied all the conditions, which are imposed by this Court and the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating officer on every Monday between 9-00 a.m. and 5-00 p.m. since 11.02.2025. Unless the condition No.6(iii) is relaxed, he will be put to great hardship.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not disputed the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.1530 of 2025 vide order dated 11.02.2025 in para No.6(iii).

The other conditions are not disturbed.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
