HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 12072 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. 1 in sending the police constables and making phone calls threatening the petitioner to come to the police station at the instigation of the second respondent, without there being any complaint or case registered against the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed on record the written instructions dated 17.7.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Langerhouse,Hyderabad. The same are made part of the record.

From the perusal of the written instructions, it is revealed that the first respondent police have not harassed, threatened and interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner, particularly, by summoning him to the police station at the instigation of his wife i.e. second respondent. As of now, no compliant is received against the petitioner and no criminal case has been registered. Having regard to the said statement made in the written instructions, this court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
