THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26838 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to register a regular sale deed executed by the petitioners in favour of the third party in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.17 cents covered by Survey No.946/1 situated at Atlur Village and Mandal, Sidhoutam Taluq, Rajampet Sub-Division, Kadapa District.

The averments mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition do not disclose the presentation of any document by the petitioners for registration. In view of the same, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to present a document for registration, if they so desire, to the fourth respondent. It is needless to observe that as and when such document is presented by the petitioners, the fourth respondent shall consider the same in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
