No. 29643 of 2014 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Sri K.R.K.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, after advancing some arguments, has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No. 42, Department for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens (DW), dated 19.10.2011, before the Tribunal. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
