ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging initiation of departmental enquiry against the petitioner vide Charge Memo dated 29.1.2007 relating to the incident happened in 1999 and the same is illegal. 2.

The learned Government Pleader filed a letter dated 23.9.2019 into the registry stating that the relief prayed by the petitioner has been granted by the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.141 dated 6.6.2016 releasing pensionary benefits of the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of G.O.Rt.No.141 dated 6.6.2016 discloses that the Government dropped further disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner and released her pensionary benefits. In view thereof, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.
