The grievance of the petitioner company is that the Station House Officer, Rural Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, was not considering its representation dated 17.11.2015 and taking necessary action for providing protection during erection of tower by the petitioner company at Plot No.245C/A, bearing H.No.5-96/2, Ramachandra Reddy Nagar, 3rd Lane Mile Centre, Navalakulatota, Nellore.

As the petitioner company's representation is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Rural Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 17.11.2015 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
