Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner is a Training Officer belonging to Zone-V. The next avenue of advancement in service is the post of Principal. Integrated Provisional Seniority List was drawn comprising of Zones-V, VI and Hyderabad and published on 16.11.2019 calling for objections. Petitioner claimed to have raised objections. The Final Seniority List of Training Officers of Multi Zone III (Zones-V, VI, & CoH) of Telangana State, dated 04.12.2019, was notified. Petitioner challenges the same in this writ petition.

Against the final seniority list drawn by the competent authority, remedy of appeal is provided under Rule 26 of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. Without availing the said remedy, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy in the form of appeal, the Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all pleas available in law. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
