Ali, praying the High Court to punish the respondent for willfully and deliberately violating the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 07-07-2015 in WPMP. No. 26574 of 2015 in WP. No. 20636 of 2015;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed therein and the order of the High Court dated: 04-09-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.L. Ali, Advocate for the petitioners, made the following ORDER: "Though notice before admission was ordered on 04-09-2015, till today no counter affidavit is filed in the case.
In the circumstances, Issue Form-I Notice".

Mallaiah, Assistant Divisional Engineer (Operation) Seetaram Bagh, Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana, at Hyderabad WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer the charge under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act viz; for willfully and deliberately violating the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 07-07-2015 in WPMP. No. 26574 of 2015 in WP. No. 20636 of 2015;
Therefore you viz;
P. Mallaiah, Assistant Divisional Engineer (Operation) Seetaram Bagh, Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana, at Hyderabad are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad on 06-11-2015 at 10. 30 a.m and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for Contempt of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.
You shall attend High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in person on 0611-2015 at 10. 30 a.m and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
