Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 22.08.2017 in W.A.No.1060 of 2017. 2.
On 13.07.2018, after respondent No.2 filed a counter affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Pitchaiah, submitted that though the aspect relating to Section 2 (i) of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, has been referred to and decided, the claim of the petitioner based on settlement, has not been considered by order dated 07.03.2018 of respondent No.2, passed in pursuance of judgment dated 22.08.2017 in W.A.No.1060 of 2017. Mr.P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel, requested for adjournment for passing a fresh order with respect to the said aspect. Accordingly, the learned Standing Counsel filed a Memo. dated 06.09.2018, enclosing a copy of proceedings bearing No.L1/876(26)/2015-RM(G) dated 24.08.2018 passed by respondent No.2, wherein he has considered the claim of the petitioner based on the settlement. 3.
In the light of the aforementioned order, respondent No.2 has duly complied with the direction contained in judgment dated 22.08.2017 in W.A.No.1060 of 2017.

Therefore, the contempt case is dismissed, however, leaving the petitioner free to avail a fresh legal remedy if he feels aggrieved
by the aforementioned order dated 24.08.2018 passed by respondent No.2.
