This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C. No.52 of 2012 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in connection with Crime No.199 of 2011 of Women Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 498A I.P.C. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.3, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

It has been contended that the case against the present petitioner-A.3 was split up and the other accused were acquitted in this case, as the prosecution witnesses did not support the prosecution case. Therefore, the petitioner-A.3 is also entitled for acquittal in the above case. The petitioner-A.3 is required to put all the submissions before the Court below for proper appreciation and to pass require order. The petitionerA.3 is given liberty to file an application before the Court below and raise all the contentions.
