Learned Senior Counsel Sri V.L.N.G.K. Murthy appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that this civil revision petition is premature.

In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required at this stage to decide about the legality of the order passed by the Court below in E.A.No.6 of 2016 in E.P.No.2 of 2015 on the file of XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
