Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned orders of the 2no respondent in Case No.D5/6942/2016, dt.03.08.2019 filed by the Petitioner in dismissing the Revision by confirming the Orders of the 3'o Respondent in Case No.A2l3684/2011, d1.29.07.

2016 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Pattadar Passbooks Act and also against the principles of natural justice and consequently by setting aside the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent dt.03.08.2019 including the Orders of the 3'd respondent d1.29.07.2016 restore the Orders of the 4th respondent dt.18.02.2019', lA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to Stay all furlher proceedings pursuant to the orders of the 2nd respondent .in Case No.D5/6942/2016, dt.03.08.2019 filed by the Petitioner in dismissing the Revision by confirming the Orders of the 3'o Respondent in Case No.A2l3684/2011, dt.29.07.

2016, including dispossession of the petitioner from agriculture land admeasuring Ac.4.00 gts in Sy.No.127, situated at Manthan Gowrelli Village, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pending disposal of WP No. 3253 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated: 11.03.

ORDER:

The learned counsel for Respondent No.3 opposes the extension of interim order.

However, the interim order granted earlier is extended for a period of two weeks.

Post on 28.02.2022.
