Mr. B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, on instructions, submits that within two weeks from today, respondent No.1 will appoint an arbitrator. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, Mr. Y. Vasudeva Rao, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application.

The Arbitration Application is disposed of as not pressed. It is needless to mention that respondent No.1 shall communicate the name of the Arbitrator to the applicant within one week from the date of appointment. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
