Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 27-12-2014, in WP.No.39992 of 2014, by the respondents.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana State), representing the respondents, has placed before the Court the proceeding in M.C.No.269/2014, dated 13-04-2015, of the Joint Collector, Khammam, wherein she has modified her earlier order, dated 03-02-2015, and directed respondent No.2 to release the seized stock for the month of December, 2014, to the petitioner for distribution to the cardholders attached to her fair price shop.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that with the issuance of the aforesaid proceeding, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

In the light of the corrective steps taken by the Joint Collector, Khammam, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 24th April, 2015 LUR
