UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.8616 of 2017 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri B.S.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke statutory remedies in accordance with law.

We find that the limitation prescribed for invocation of such statutory remedy has already expired. However, in any event, as the petitioner seeks to take recourse to such remedies, we dismiss the writ petition leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate statutory remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
