HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31655 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not disposing of the application dated 08.10.2016 filed by the petitioner in Form-6A, as arbitrary, illegal and un-constitutional.

2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said representation is pending, the authorities will consider the same in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the application dated 08.10.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
