The petitioner's application for regularisation was considered by the concerned committee and the 5th respondent issued order under Endorsement No.E/07/48/2015, dated 31.08.2015 assessing the regularisation fee @ Rs.1,00,80,000/- (Rupees one crore and eighty thousands only) and, after giving credit to Rs.25,20,000/- paid by the petitioner, she was informed to pay balance amount of Rs.75,60,000/- on or before 31.12.2015. Aggrieved by the assessment of regularisation fee, the petitioner filed a grievance before the Grievance Redressal Authority viz. the Joint Collector, Hyderabad District, on 30.10.2015. The petitioner seeks consideration of the said application before the due date i.e. 31.12.2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said grievance application of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59 Rev(Assn.1) Department, dated 30.12.2014, and communicate the appropriate decision to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferable well before 31.12.2015..

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
