HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.221 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.36454 of 2017, dated 01-11-2017. Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries submits that already grievance of the petitioners is redressed and order in the writ petition is complied with and a new Fishermen Cooperative Society is formed. A Certificate of Registration dated 31-03-2018 is placed before this Court.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
