Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent Corporation. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the notice No.9/2/ACP/TPS/C9/CZ/GHMC/2012-2 dated 19.12.2012 served on the Petitioner on 24.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to forbear from taking any illegal and malafide action against the Petitioner and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent Corporation that subsequent to issuance of the impugned notice dated 19.12.2012, the petitioner has provided parking space in an adjacent building.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.
