The case of the petitioner is that the Railway police are summoning him to the railway police station, Nampally, without following due process of law and harassing him. Hence, this Writ Petition.

There is no question of law raised with regard to alleged facts which are said to have been stated against the petitioner that serious allegations regarding the petitioner involving in railway theft of jewellery through certain boys having engaged by him. 3.
In pursuance of the said cause of action, a case as Cr.No.237/ 2006 under section 379 IPC was registered and numbered as C.C.No.139 of 2007 and the same has been ended in acquittal on 02.11.2007 by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate for Railways at Secunderabad. However, without expressing any opinion, this Court rejects prayer of the petitioner and is not inclined to grant any relief. It is needless to observe that the petitioner need to co-operate with the investigation as and when required. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
