Darga Khasim Bee, v. The Collector And District Magistrate,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.25311 OF 2012 ORDER:
Heard counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner challenges order in Case No.E1/2796/2011 dated 25.07.2012 of the Joint Collector, Kurnool, Kurnool District.
The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the order impugned in the writ petition is revisable and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration can examine as revisional authority the entire record and pass appropriate orders. Having regard to the objections raised by the Assistant Government Pleader, the counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision against order dated 25.07.2012.
I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:
The petitioner is given four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to file revision before the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration by enclosing a copy of this order and if the revision is filed within the time granted by this Court, the revisional authority is directed to number the revision without reference to delay, consider the same on merits and dispose of as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of filing revision. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. _______________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:17.08.2016 Stp
