The Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that C.C.No.155 of 2016 is pending before XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. He further submits that the assets of the petitioner including the other persons named in the communication were scanned by Anti-Corruption Bureau.

On seeing the counter-affidavit and as there is no representation for petitioner, prima facie I am of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer. 4.

The Writ Petition fails and is dismissed. No costs. 5.
