This application is filed by the petitioner to correct the Sessions Case Number from S.C.No.290 of 2023 to S.C.No.290 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted bail to the petitioner by order dated 06.02.2025 in Crl.P.No.1525 of 2025. However, there is a typographical error in the order, wherein it is wrongly mentioned as S.C.No.290 of 2023 instead of S.C.No.290 of 2022.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that there is a typographical error in the order dated 06.02.2025. Hence, S.C.No.290 of 2023 is corrected as S.C.No.290 of 2022, wherever it is mentioned in the order dated 06.02.2025.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
