THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.29243 OF 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record, the written instructions dated 22.10.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar Rural P.S.

A perusal of the said written instructions would reveal that the petitioner submitted a representation on 28.09.2013 to the Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar District against one Bojja Thirupathi and others with regard to catching of fish and the same was forwarded to Station House Officer, Karimnagar Rural P.S. on 28.09.2013 for necessary action. Pursuant to the enquiry made in that regard, it was revealed that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the said Bojja Tirupati, President, Fisheries Cooperative Society, Chamanapalli, Karimnagar District and others with regard to catching of fish. Since the matter is purely civil in nature, the 3rd respondent has suggested the petitioner to approach competent Court of law for redressal.

In view of the above said instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
