ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the official respondents in preventing the petitioner and his family members from entering into their house, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions, wherein it is stated as under:

"It is submitted that Chaderghat Police are not restraining the petitioner and his family members from entering into their house bearing H.No.16-7-532/7 & 7, Azampura, Hyderabad.

It is submitted that Chaderghat Police are also not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner and his family members in respect of the said house. It is further submitted that Chaderghat Police have also not locked the petitioner's house.

All the allegations leveled by the petitioner against Chaderghat Police are not correct and hereby denied. It is submitted that the petitioner and his family members are at liberty to have ingress and egress to their house."

In view of the said averments, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
