THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8567 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 in C.C.No.544 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of the discharge petition, if the charges are already not framed.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4 . Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
