HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3245 of 2020 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP No.1013 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 22.01.2020, this writ petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make an application under Section 9A of the Telangana Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 to the Competent Authority and on such application being made, the Competent Authority to consider the claims of the petitioners on merits, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of making application by the petitioners.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Let a copy of the order dated 22.01.2020 in WP No.1013 of 2020 be annexed with this order.
