This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.110 of 2015 of Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 366-A, 376(2)(i) IPC and Section 5 (m)(l) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had sexual intercourse with the victim, who is aged about 12 years, by keeping her in a house.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
