Mr.T.Ramulu, learned counsel for petitioners, submits that letter dated 15.02.2018 was sent to petitioners, which was received on 17.02.2018, and the petitioners have not posted the counsel with latest instructions on the civil suits between the parties. For want of instructions from petitioners, Mr.T.Ramulu is unable to proceed with the matter.

This Court is not inclined to accept the request of Mr.T.Ramulu for adjournment.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
