THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL APPEAL No.518 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This criminal appeal is filed by the appellantcomplainant challenging the order dated 07.12.2006 in C.C.No.4650 of 2005 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, at Miyapur, whereby whereunder the first respondent/accused was acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the criminal appeal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
