Chandragiri Preethi Raj v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh Rep By Its Principal Secretary
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.29541 of 2016 ORDER: (per VRS, J) The main prayer in the Writ Petition itself is only for a Mandamus to declare the action of the fourth respondent in not considering the objections of the petitioner submitted pursuant to the notice, dated 26.08.2016, as illegal.
When the Writ Petition came up for orders as to admission on 01.09.2016, we directed the respondents to consider the objections of the petitioner. When the matter came up again on 15.09.2016, it was represented by the learned counsel for the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh that the objections filed by the writ petitioner were received well within time and that they will be considered. Accordingly they have been considered, though not in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the main relief sought in the Writ Petition itself has been granted and the petitioner will have to work out her remedies, if the consideration of objections has gone against her.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed.
VRS, J & UDPR, J W.P.No.29541 of 2016 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
