THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.3332 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents more particularly of respondents 4 and 5 in insisting the petitioner at the behest of unofficial respondents 7 to 11 to get their registered Agreement of Sale-cumGPA registered as Document No.7248 of 2015 cancelled insofar as it relates to Plot No.160, 168, 169, 170 and 171, each, consisting of about 253.33 sq yards situated at Komatipalli Grampanchayat, Waddepalli Revenue Village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal Urban District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for official respondents 1 to 6. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 17.02.2020 furnished by the third respondent herein, a copy of which is placed on the file of this Court, submits that respondents 4 and 5 never interfered in the civil issues of the petitioner, at any point of time, nor insisted him to cancel the Agreement of Sale-cum-GPA registered as Document No.7248 of 2015 at the behest of unofficial respondents 7 to 11 insofar as it relates to Plot No.160, 168, 169, 170 and 171. By the said written instructions, while denying the allegations made in the writ petition, it is submitted that respondent No.10 in the present writ petition along with two others gave petitions to respondent No.6/Station House Officer on 27.01.2020 wherein it is alleged that one K.Rajender Reddy ie., the petitioner herein got registered their land through GPA and is now claiming that the said land belongs to him and threatened with dire consequences. By the said

written instructions, it is further stated that on receipt of the above petition, a GD entry was made and enquiry was done, and during enquiry informed the petitioner to produce relevant documents of the land as petitions were given against him by the 10th respondent herein, one Mr.Md.Sabeer Pasha on behalf of his wife Mumtaz Begum-respondent No.7 herein and one Mr. P.Raja Malla Reddy, and the petitioner did not turn up before the sixth respondent/Station House Officer nor filed any documents, and in turn, has approached this Court with false and frivolous allegations against the authorities.

Having regard to the said statement made by the learned Assistnast Government Pleader for Home on behalf of official respondents with regard to the non-interference by the respondents 4 and 5 in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition, except directing the respondent police authorities to take further action on the complaints made, in accordance with law. 5.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
