THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.25135 OF 2003 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The state has come up with the above writ petition challenging an order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, allowing the claim of the respondents for regularization upon completion of 5/10 years of service.

It is seen from the order of the Tribunal that the same was passed on the basis of its own earlier decision rendered on 23.02.2001 in a batch of similar cases. But the decision rendered in the said cases, on 23.02.2001, was set-aside by a Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.20894 of 2002, dated 25.08.2009. Therefore, following the same, the writ petition is allowed and the order of the Tribunal is set-aside. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed as infructuous. No order as to costs. ________________________ V.
