HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 3234 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in formation of dumping yard and burial ground, unilaterally digging a bore well in place of existing agricultural bore well in the mid of the petitioner's agriculture property in Sy.No.43/E to an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas, situated at Jannaram Village and Mandal, Mancherial (formerly Adilabad) District, without following due procedure prescribed under the law, despite there being any feasibility for the purpose as it is situated more than two K.M. distance from the village. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue as well as learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent Grampanchayat submits that no activity is being taken in respect of petitioner's assigned land in Sy.No.43/E to an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas, situated at Jannaram Village.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition can be disposed of. In view of the same, recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
