In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A.1 seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.212 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, arising out of the offences under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, and submitted that the case was compromised before the Lok Adalat on 06.04.2018.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
