/ THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 13A66 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1 to 4 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R. No. 122 of 2016 of Shahaliband Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence under Sections 193, 196, 199,2O9, 406, 418, 441, 447, 506, lO9 r/w 12Ob of Indian Pena,l Code and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.

As seen from the proceedings sheet, interim orders were passed not to arrest the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 on 29.O9.2O 16 and the orders were extended till 01.02.2017. More than, six (6) years have passed, there is no extension of the interim order. Though this Court directed not to arrest the petitioners, however, directed the police to go on with the investigation.

None appears for the petitioners. The stage of the investigation is not known. I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, there I shall be no arrest during investigation in the present crime. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
