HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.23955 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.V.Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

It is not necessary to issue notice to respondents 3 and 4, as the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that he filed a complaint against respondents 3 and 4 on 10-08-2014, which is taken on file as Case No.13 of 2014, and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that there is a delay in getting records from the Hospital and in any case, the 2nd respondent would consider Case No.13 of 2014 and dispose of the same by taking appropriate decision within four months.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to hear Case No.13 of 2014, after notice to the parties affected and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on or before 30-11-2015. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 31-07-2015 Prv
